Prozorro Awards 2025: “Automagistral-Pivden” Recognized as “Contractor of the Year”!

Ukraine’s public e-procurement system Prozorro, supported by the European Union in cooperation with the Centre of Excellence in Procurement, DOZORRO (Transparency International Ukraine), and the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), held the Prozorro Awards 2025 ceremony.

Awards were presented in the categories “Supplier of the Year,” “Contractor of the Year,” “Market Driver” (for the most active participants), “Open Tenders,” Prozorro Market, “Voice of Justice,” and others.

The winner in the “Contractor of the Year” category was Automagistral-Pivden!

According to the organizers, this is the key award in the “Works and Services” category for companies that build, repair, and provide large-scale national infrastructure services. The title is awarded to a business that has signed the largest total value of contracts, taking on significant volumes of work. Importantly, only open and competitive tenders were considered—excluding direct contracts that contracting authorities frequently conclude outside the electronic tendering system.

This year, following competitive bidding on Prozorro, Automagistral-Pivden signed 40 contracts with 20 contracting authorities, with the total value exceeding UAH 4 billion.

Winning first place at the Prozorro Awards 2025 reaffirms our company’s leadership in the infrastructure construction market under conditions of fair competition. The award also demonstrates Automagistral-Pivden’s commitment to transparency and integrity—the core principles promoted by Prozorro.
