Structure and performance indicators
“Automagistral-Pivden” has several main areas of activity: construction and reconstruction of road and transport infrastructure, bridges and other engineering structures, airport complexes, hydraulic structures, and protection facilities.
The company also specializes in road maintenance and operation.
Business Structure
Accordingly, our business has a diversified structure divided into several components:
- implementation of projects in the road and transport sector;
- construction of bridges and engineering structures;
- production of metal and reinforced concrete structures;
- production of asphalt concrete, cement concrete, and mixtures for road construction;
- fleet of specialized machinery;
- design and engineering.
Financial Performance
Net revenue from the company’s core business activities in Ukraine for 2024–2025 amounts to over UAH 30 billion (EUR 600 million), while total taxes paid are nearly UAH 3 billion (EUR 60 million).
The company has been officially included by the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the national List of taxpayers with a high level of integrity.
Development Investments
The largest investments in development were made prior to 2022: each year, we allocated tens of millions of euros to the purchase of new machinery and equipment.
- 2020: EUR 35 million
- 2021: almost EUR 50 million
Investments have continued even during the full-scale invasion. The total amount invested in the company’s facilities and assets in Ukraine since 2022 is EUR 28 million, including:
- logistics – EUR 19.5 million;
- construction materials production – EUR 4.5 million;
- specialized machinery for road and bridge construction – EUR 4.2 million.
International Presence and Workforce
The business structure of “Automagistral-Pivden” also includes subsidiaries in Moldova, Romania, and several other European countries.
In 2021, our workforce amounted to 8,000 employees, and as of 2026 it stands at over 6,000 employees.
