The company has created the largest ACMP network in the country
Following the results of the first half of 2021, plants of the Highway-South Company set the next record - 2 million tons of asphalt concrete mixtures
The Highway-South Company has created the largest network of production bases in the country. In 2021 alone, their number increased from 18 to 26. The company currently has 17 asphalt concrete mixing plants. In 2021, 4 new production bases were opened: new MARINI TOP TOWER 3000 plants have been installed in the village of Khodovychi in the Lviv Region, and in the town of Melitopol in the Zaporizhia Region. Another new ACMP is in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk Region, the MARINI TOP TOWER 4500, is the most powerful in Ukraine with the capacity of 340 tons per hour. The fourth new plant, the MARINI TOP TOWER 4000, with a capacity of 320 t/h is installed in the town of Dergachi in Kharkiv Region.
The total production amount of asphalt concrete mixtures at 18 plants of the Highway-South Company is 4220 tons per hour, and of concrete mixture plants - 853 m3 per hour. In 2021, the number of mixing plants for preparation of cement-treated crushed stone mixtures increased from 7 to 13. In addition, the company has 6 concrete mixing plants. Thanks to the developed production network, the company uses exclusively its own construction mixtures in the road construction process. This allows the Highway-South Company to guarantee the impeccable quality of the road surface and to take a stable leading position in the market.
