The main value of the company “Motorway-South” is our employees. Many professionals work with us for years, bring their experience and ideas. We are happy to share knowledge and experience with those who are ready to learn and are not afraid of difficult but interesting tasks. Every year there are dozens of students in the Company who then return to work for us. To date, the “Motorway-South” employs more than 2500 people.
Intellectual and personnel potential is the main criterion for enterprise development. We are intensively studying modern technologies and annually teaching our personnel to the best specialists of the industry, conducting internships abroad, attracting European specialists to Ukraine, conducting joint trainings and master classes, participating in various conferences and exhibitions. Formation of the personnel base is one of the strategic directions of our activity, which has its own history and unique differences.
From 2016, the Motorway-South began cooperation with one of the best road educational institutions – the Bar College of Transport and Construction of the National Technical University in Vinnytsia region. The company not only invested money, but also managed to link it directly with road production and service, which offset the shortage of high-quality personnel. Since after the protection of diplomas, they get a guaranteed job in the best road construction company in Ukraine!
We also have a lending program for contracting students on a contractual basis. After all, the Company understands that young specialists are not only the future of our company, but also the entire infrastructure industry in Ukraine.
